My name is Kenneth R. Valenzuela, I’m an Industrial Engineer from Santiago, Chile. I’ve got my title from Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Chile, and I’ve worked in the Software Industry since 1994. I became interested on Leadership in the year 2005 and in 2007 I started BeALeader.Net A web site dedicated to leadership issues. This year 2010 I decided to write a guide about Six Sigma, because to me, is a wonderful tool to expand and improve the performance of your business, organization, company, you name it.

Although English is not my first language, the site is completely written on English because is the lingua franca on the internet.
